Young Eagles Development Centre is a subsidiary of Young Eagles International, a Canadian Registered Charity non profit organization. Our focus is to implement social and educational programs for underprivileged children in Canada and internationally.
Young Eagles Development Centre (YEDC) is located in Kabwe Zambia Africa. YEDC is committed to helping children in need. Inspired by Christian faith and foundation, Young Eagles seeks to create partnerships that enable holistic approach to child development—by enabling children to develop healthy and productive lives.
The main objective of the Centre is to house and develop children who are abandoned, rejected and orphaned to become socially viable and economically potent to contribute to the development of their respective lives, families and communities.
At its full operation the Centre will run socio-economic empowerment programs for the vulnerable children.
Through quality programming which provides for individual differences and which motivate and challenge each child, both academically and socially, our hope is to provide within each child the hope of realizing his or her individual dreams, a desire for learning and living, and a sense of gratitude and respect for others.
