Dear friends,
It has been a while since I blogged.
Anida and I have been back in the NWT for just more than a month and are back into the rhythm of life and work here.
My goal moving forward will be to blog more often, but in short concise blogs. Please do check your inboxes regularly as email is still the best way to reach as many people as possible in one communication that we can.
I am preaching through the book of Galatians and this Sunday we are dealing with the famous opening of Galatians chapter three. The Sermon title is: ‘Finish the way you started.’
Great news for all is that the City of Yellowknife is unmasked and that, as of today 200 people are allowed to gather indoors. We are not yet allowed to worship in song indoors but are well underway with planning towards the day that happens. All the musicians we have on record have been contacted via email with a view to starting worship rehearsal and to plan for our big outdoor worship celebration on Sunday 8 August at Fred Henne Park. If you are new to Yellowknife Vineyard and would like to be part of the worship team, please let me know and I will connect you to the right people.
Please encourage all who feel comfortable to return to in-person worship. Online sign-up is no longer required but we will still be greeting at the door of the church and keeping a record of all who join us in live worship.
See you on Sunday!
Grace & peace
